Lately I feel like I am completely out of shape. I started working out about a month ago and saw some results in the way my body felt and my muscles looked, but I didn't lose any weight. I actually gained a pound. I became discouraged and slowly stopped exercising. I started eating too much junk food and tried to get back on track. I feel like all the work I put into working out is gone. My muscles look like they did before. I am so discouraged and have a party this weekend and want to look nice but there is no way I am going to look good by then.
