Hello!

Hi! I am 18 years old and have battled those pesky extra 10-15 lbs pretty much my whole life. I have dropped it and put it back on more times that I can count. I am extremely healthy eating wise on a day to day basis but there are times I do slip up, also I workout about 5 times a week but there are weeks where school work limits the amount of time I have to workout:( I am really going to try and up my game and get back down to where I want to be, and hopefully put on a few pounds of muscle on the way(: I am currently working through the p90x program, only 3 more weeks, and then I'm moving on to insanity. I have always been very active and healthy oriented, but I am usually very stressed and have a slightly underactive thyroid which limits how much I can eat and plays a toll on my body and my body fat%. I am hoping to get down to 30 lbs and 16% body fat by the holidays (AKA christmas 2013). I've done this a million times and I'm just praying this is the last time I see 145 on the scale for at least another 20 years(:
