MINCE Any Ideas?

I got some mince out of the frezzer and now I am stuck on what to do with it. As usually it is not healthy the way I cook it. Any ideaas on what I can do with it would be greatly appreciated. Has to be quick and easy and don't have much time when I get home from work to create a culinary delight!

    Quite often we just make a "hash" with it. You can cook it up in a pot, drain any fat, although there isn't much in the extra lean, and then put it in a strainer and pour boiling water over it. Then put it back in the pot/frypan, what have you, put the rest in the freezer and add what you have - chili powder, onions, red kidney beans, mushrooms, corn, salsa - pretty much any combination you can think of. Some hot sauce, even egg whites if you want. One of my favorites is the easiest and you just fry onions with the mince and salt reduced oxo, pepper and serve with mashed potato.
