calculating vo2

My heart rate monitor wants my vo2 but I Don't have any way to do.the mile time. Is there a general way to find out a general vo2 for a 22 year old 260 lb 5 foot 5 female. Please help. Just need a general guess to put in my setting

That one said I was like 49 which is like really good for a female, but I'm way overweight and that doesn't seem possible ugh0
