What are you going to do when .. .. ..

Hello All & Happy Wednesday

I was just wondering, for the people doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, what are you going to do on day 31?

I was considering taking 2-3 days off from the workout and starting over using higher weights. Right now I use 3 pounds for each exercise and was going to increase to 5 pounds.

What are your plans????
