    Consistency and patience are what it takes. It would be great to be able to lose quickly, but it just doesn't happen that way for most of us. Even though I have a lot to lose and I'm exercising 6+ hours per week and staying within my calorie limit I almost never lose a whole two pounds in a week. But week after week of 1 to 1.5 pound losses its adding up. Just keep whittling away at it!
