Hmm how about pepperoni slices or turkey pepperttes chopped instead of bacon...

You really could use what whatever you like, Is just for added flavour like i said i was just going with what was in the fridge. Im in Australia so i no idea what turkey peperttes are but go for gold! let me know how it turns out!
