Calorie Goal and Exercise

Hi I just started using MFP and It has been helping me become much more aware of what i've been eating. Currently I weigh 295 lbs. and my goal weight is 200 with a daily calorie goal of 1900. Recently I've been eating low calorie/high nutritional value meals, but this has made it much harder to reach my daily calorie goal. This is especially true when I will do a workout that burns 800 - 1000 calories.

My question is, do I eat calories as spread out as possible so that I reach my goal, including half/all the calories I burned?

I just want to get to my goal weight in a safe and healthy way, thank you for any information or advice you have for me.
