MusclePharm protein gels (opinions wanted)

Haven't tried the product yet, but would like some opinions in terms of should I try out a few packets?

Post-workout and overall I go for solid food as much as possible and if that's not possible go for a shake. But what about those situations where packing a shaker, a few scoops of powder and risking a mess in a travel bag is possible even with the best precautions taken?

Should I test out this protein gel and see if it's something to add to my shelf or should I skip it and go for solid food, protein powder, MRP/protein bar (list is from most desirable to last option) only?

    Post workout IMO isn't critical for the none competative sportsman. If you do want something for completeness sake, just take a shaker with just the powder.
