I keep losing the same 10-15 pounds, and then it just stops completely and slowly I lose motivation and slowly all 10-15 comes inching back on. I haven't had a solid loss, without weight coming back for the last year.. any advice?

Well there is little information here, are you the one doing this yourself by making bad food choices and not exercising? If you are, then you know what you have to do ^^ Not much advice but just keep at it, and if you don't want to gain it back then make sure you don't. ^^

You're not consistent. Be consistent and it shouldn't be an issue.

You have your answer, you need to find a way to work through the plateaus. You don't necessarily even need to change what you are doing or get more strict with your food/exercise - you just need to not stop.

This was my problem for many years because I saw positive lifestyle changes as no more than means to an end. As soon as I dropped around 10 pounds, I thought that I could take it a bit easier and eventually gained all the weight back. I am currently working on changing this mentality. Maybe the same is true for you as well.
