After doing my workout the other night, the area between my shoulder blades starting hurting. It only hurts now when I turn to look over my shoulder, it is right between the shoulder blades underneath my neck. What is this area called? And does anyone have any ideas how to heal it? I took a rest day yesterday and it is still hurting tonight so I couldn't do my workout again. I'm going to try to keep it low impact until it heals, which hopefully doesn't take too long so I can start a new program after finishing 30DS.

try rubbing it out with a tennis ball and the wall. Use the wall and the ball and your back and roll out the sore spots. Sometimes poor form in running can cause some shoulder pain but not generally where you're talking about. Best of luck and feel better soon.0

I also had that pain, it's like in the inner sides of your shoulder blades? It seemed to be just muscle pain for me and went away eventually while I was doing 30DS.0

That's prob it then @eggsmilkbread. I do Nike Kinect, then 30DS 5x weekly. When I was doing Nike my Kinect was being funky and not counting Shouder Squeezes (somewehre between a plank and a pushup) so between that and level 3 of Shred, is prob what happened. When my fiance gets home in the morning I'll have him Tiger Balm me up and see if it helps work it out0
