Ready to kick things up a notch

Hello Everyone.. I see lots of people on here. been a couple of weeks of using the calorie tracker - and first thing - wow no wonder I am gaining weight or maintaining my size. Been wanting to lose weight (goal of 60 lbs) Im 280 and would love to get to 220. Was kind of oblivious to the amount of food I eat yet it never really felt like a lot - until I started tracking. And damn.. the beer really adds up.

I've started exercising and now with the calorie counter on my smartphone doing my best to get portions and food under control.

I know I can do this am so ready for the change and to have the best summer (winter for you Aussies) ever! Lets do it and check in once a week with each other.
