Question

Was just reading a post on here and it was talking about macros. Can someone explain to me what this means, please? :)

    carbs-fat-protein ratio :)

    Your macros are your larger nutrients after calories. So fat, carbs, protein, fiber, etc. Your micros would be your vitamins and minerals.

    You will also here micronutrients.... that is your vitamins, electrolytes and minerals, also stuff like fiber.
