Fitbit zip help please

Hi, I got fitbit zip this weekend and there are no instructions with it,nor on the website that I could find. How do I set and reset it? How do I sync it properly with the website? And does it sync with mfp?
Sorry if this might be a repeat posting, I didn't see anything about it in the boards.

    There are a number of threads in the technical support site. just search on fitbit. I think they all sync the same way. I set up my account on fitbit.com, then told MFP to sync in the exercise settings. I selected it to show negative calories. I have to sync to my laptop since I don't have a smart phone, so it only syncs twice a day for me.
