Just got a juicer and usually have a liquid breakfast. Wondering how to go about logging cals from juicing seeing as the whole fruit/vegetable is not consumed, just the juice?

The only thing you're losing is the fiber which has virtually no calories although your body needs it to function. Count the whole thing of whatever you juice.0
