new ways!

Hi guys ive not been feeling well so not been on, apart from that ive been eating totally irregular and not healty. result=i cant fit into my jeans that im meant to be wearing down to meet my mum this weekend. so im not gonna be eating carbs at dinner. only brekkie and lunch. has anyone got any quick cleanse e.g to lose water weight/retention/pounds? i need something!

    To get rid of water weight: drink more water :)

    When your body realizes that there's constantly liquid coming in, it will let go of unnecessary water retention.
