When do you record new weight?

I don't record my weight on a schedule. I only record new lows. The rest I consider fluctuation.0

Wednesday morning after I wake up. Same scale, same time, keep everything as close as possible to stay consistent and see most accurate results.
Me too. Weigh on Wednesday is easy to remember :happy:0 -
I usually log on Fridays right when I get out of bed. If I miss it due to work/oversleeping... I will do it on Mondays on my day off right after I wake up if course. TOM is different.. I usually skip that weigh in because its depressing yet not accurate.0

I record my weight when I've been consistantly at that weight for a couple days. I do record often because I like to see progression - or regression - for myself. I'm certain my mfp friends probably think it's annoying but it helps to see where I've been and where I'm going.0

TOM?0

Every morning or I find myself lying to myself.0

I weigh once a month! Too much weighing can be discouraging. Thankfully I just base my results most often on measurements and how my clothes are fitting than numbers on a weight scale.0

I just record it every Monday, just after I wake up, and take that number as is.0

I weigh every morning when I wake up, after going to the bathroom and [naked] before I get in the shower or have any coffee, etc. That way the "conditions" are fairly consistent. I step onto the scale 2 to 3 times to make sure the number is the same each time. I only record new lows onto MFP but keep up with my Friday weigh-ins on a separate calendar and these are what I consider to be my "official" numbers. A lot of times my daily weight fluctuates in both directions but as long as I have lost from one Friday to the next I consider that a successful week.0

I weigh myself every day, but I only track Monday's weight. However, my weight has been so stagnant the last month, that I will confess to not recording one or two Mondays, because it was too disheartening.0

I weigh every day but only track if its a loss from previous weight.0

I check my weight every Saturday at the gym after my workout and before I jump in the shower. In my head the towels at the gym weigh less than my t-shirt and workout shorts lol. I will always go at least one day on the weekend, so I will sub Sunday if I missed Saturday. I try very hard not to check it any other time during the week, because I seem to lose weight a lot slower than I would like and it just gets discouraging for me.
PS - I will admit that the one week I had a gain, I checked again the next day and it was down so I used that0 -

I don't record until I lose. I find it discouraging otherwise. If my last weigh-in is, say, 136lbs, and I hover it around it, I won't record until I am 135lbs. I don't care if it takes a month... and sometimes it does.

I record when I see a loss. I usually wait until I have seen that number a second time. I don't record gain's, but if I am higher it's just a little bit and goes back down in a day or two. If I did have a true gain, I would book it, but hasn't happened yet0

I weigh myself everyday, but only record it when there is a change (negative or positive).0

i only record it when it goes down. Maybe thats cheating but if the number goes up i just work harder.0

I weigh everyday. My record day is on Wednesdays because that is the day I officially started MFP. Weighing everyday helps me see if I am doing the right things. If I weigh 2lbs less on Wednesday then I did on Monday/Tuesday I know it is probably water loss so I record my Tuesday weight instead. This way I don't get disappointed on Thursday when I step on the scale and it appears I have gained 2lbs. I also think I get a more accurate representation of "Fat" loss this way.
So far I have always been able to record a loss so we will see what happens when I hit a plateau which is bound to come sooner or later.0 -
Sunday mornings on an empty stomach. I weigh myself three times just to triple-check the number. Whatever the number is, I plug it in. If I gained something, I'd write it on my wall to let my friends know, since MFP won't update them. I also have a chart that says how much I gained/lost for that week, how many calories I burned from exercise and how many calories under/over my weekly goal I was.0
