I want to share how good I feel today and hope it makes you feel the same!

I woke up this morning done my work out in the house as this is a non gym night and got me and my toddler ready and went out a long walk in the sunshine, I LOVE doing this as it helps me revaluate just how far i've come and why I SHOULDNT let a number make me feel down.

I have lost 23 lbs of fat (20 before I joined MFP)
I dont have post natal depression anymore since I started working out it gave me so much energy andf something positive to focus on rather than feeling like there was a dark cloud above me not shifting

I have my confidence back and Im so much more slimmer more toned

I have amazing energy to run about after my active 17month old

I havent ate fast food in over a year!

I love my life right now and its all thanks to eating right, working out and getting myself healthy mentally aswell. No more giving myself a hard time

If it took me to have lumps n bumps and a wobbly belly to create such a beautiful baby boy 17 months ago then I dont care! but its now shifed and still shifting and im feeling sexy again!

What makes you feel like this?? I'd love to hear your points that drive you, it makes you feel even better speaking about the good things I think

    I was so depressed last week, I had been very depressed - NOT ANYMORE!

    I either get up and something about it or get stuck in that whole,

    I chose out!

    If I can make a differecne to how just one peson is feeling then thats great I've done my job for today!!

    Depression is an easy thing to give into (much to previous experience) but your so much more stronger than that!

    Always always always chose out!! your amazing keep up the great work! xxxx
  • You know, it's so true what you wrote on your profile - I remember being small one and NOT appreciating it. I think that because I didn't appreciate it I gained it all again. This time I want to appreciate myself more at that weight - therefore take care of myself more. :)

    Exactly! you focus so much on the negative that you forget the mind and thought is a powerful thing you attract exactly what you think! you'll start to notice little changes that make a difference when you get your mind in the right frame, its the most important thing to work on before focusing on the physical aspect, well for me I defo found that the most imprtant thing and with you feeling depressed I think you should too, every morning you should have a little pen and pad and when you feel down right down 5 things you love about your life and it changes your train of thought for that day, it helped me through my post natal depression.

    When I was 11 stone i would look in the mirror and think I looked massive and now i realise just how slim i was!

    P.S I just want to say you are absoloutly beautful!!
