Starting a new workout program this week

It's called spending more time with the family...I like it already! One gym day and then some kick-*kitten* at home workouts through the week. I am going to have to pay more attention to my food intake but I am dertermined to make this work!

Monday Gym - Power cleans, Dead Lifts, Squats, Bench Press - All big compound movements

The rest of the week is working out at home - chin ups, pull ups, body squats, push ups, dips, box jumps, jump rope and heavy bag work.

Weekends will be running/walking/biking/hiking with the family.
