What's your average weight loss?

Hi everyone!! Just curious on what everyone is loosing monthly. I have found myself loosig 3-4 lbs a month, which I have been told is the best and healthiest way to loose (1lb per week), but I'm discouraged with that. I have tried putting on MFP to lose 1.5-2 lbs per week, but then I don't lose anything, maybe a .5lb week, so that's why I set it to 1lb/week. Currently I'm doing turbofire (starting week 5 today) and I've lost 3 lbs so far.
