insanity protine shakes

Hi
Been reading up and ordered Insanity very excited about this.
should i get protein shakes to come with this or is there a special diet.

Thanks and advice on insanity would be fab

    Their shakes are very overpriced. Just use MFP to log your food and stick to your macros for protein/fat/carbs. If I think I'll have a hard time meeting my macros for the day, I'll add in a homemade shake with Greek Yogurt, Whey Protein Powder, PB2, fresh fruits and veggies, and a splash of milk. It allows me to use up fresh fruits and veggies and is much cheaper than Shakeology. Good luck!

    I have done many of these programs including Insanity, P90X, P90X2, et.
    The shakes may be Shakeology. It may seem over priced, but when you consider what's in them, they are very worth it. I have one for breakfast every moning. It works out to about $4.00/shake. You can't buy a happy meal for that. They are very filling and probably the most nutritious meal you can have.
