Hi to everyone...I am new to fitness pal...a friend of mine clued me in and sent me the link to join. I am an on/off workout type of person and hopefully I will be ON from now on! I hate my body right now and disappointed with myself for letting it get this way. I have been out of the gym for about a year and hoping to at least workout from home for now. My goal is to shred the fat and build muscle. Can anyone tell me what the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is like, I mean what kind of exercises are included? I'm looking for anything I can do at home that will give me results. I do have a treadmill which I plan to attach myself to more frequently. Any advice is gladly accepted.
