After much resistance...I am going to consider this concept. I know I don't feed myself enough...it is just so hard when you have an unhealthy relationship with food to get your head wrapped around this concept. Thanks for all your time and energy put into this!

It's really interesting that you have picked up on the issue around our relationship with food when trying to lose weight. All too often we find that food is the enemy and don't actual sit down and enjoy eating (which, I think, is why meal replacement programmes are so popular).

As for me, I went for a run this morning and have eaten healthily all day so I am currently enjoying some chocolate and a glass of wine. I love food and as long as I keep to my daily calories and eat well 80% of the time, then I will continue to lose weight (and not be miserable!).

Thanks! I've been pretty much at a standstill lately. I've been using this method but I'm thinking maybe I didn't do it right to start with so I'm ready to rework the numbers and I'm looking forward to getting some results.
