To say that I love food is an understatement. I guess I wouldn't be in this predicament if I didn't. I love large quantities of food but I also have the taste for the bad stuff. Taking a look at my calories I realize I eat almost double what I should. Any recipe suggestions? I need help!

It would help if you opened up your diary so we could see where you needed the help. If all you want is recipies, there is a forum on here that has gajillions of healthy recipies.0
