For you Tuna and Tomato lovers out there I've got a good one for you.

So all I do is hollow out a couple tomatoes

Take however many cans of tuna it takes and make a simple tuna salad.

I use a 1 Tbsp of Mayo per 4 cans of tuna. And 2 Tbsp of Dijon Mustard.

Mix it all together, use a couple of spices. (Old Bays seasoning/Garlic salt/pepper)

Dice up some onions and celery.

Continue Mixing and your ready to stuff your tomatoes and enjoy a snack.

Notes** For the Mayo I use regular Hellman's, It has a bunch of omega 3's. If you're afraid of mayo, use more mustard and take the guts of the tomato and mix it right in with the tuna mix (kinda like pico de gallo).

I also use Hellman's as a good source of fat because I have a nut allergy and can't get my fat intake for the day high enough unless I use Mayo every now and again.
