Hi,
This is my second search for motivated wonderful pals! My first search (nearly 9 months ago now) netted me some of the best pals a recovery fat chick could have.
Now, I'm in need of additional support - a vocal pal or two who will comment on my posts and expects the same from me!

This is what my profile says about me:
I only have two rules...
1. Don't give me advice unless I ask for it
2.Don't fill your diary with fast food or highly processed food every day. Treats/special days are different!
I started my true weight loss journey on May 8, 2012. I began researching and "dabbling" in healthy eating programs like The Sonoma Diet and the Beachbody meal plans but found that the food preparation and cost were too time consuming and way too expensive which caused me to lose interest quickly.
I decided I had learned enough over those couple of years to really give this a go on my own with the help of MFP. I've been a member for quite some time but this is the first time I've ever used it to log my food consistently.
I am on a lower carb/higher protein plan with an 1940 calorie allowance. I try to net at least 1500 cals but it can be a struggle! It's working for me.
My ratios are 45% protein, 35% carb (only whole grains or fruits/veg) and 20% healthy fat.

May 8 was my turn around date.
S/W: 288 lbs
UGW: 155 lbs
