So I work in a boys home for kids with behavioral issues and one of the kids I work with is only five and weighed 100 pounds when he first came to the house! We decided we were going to learn to be healthy it's my fault I'm o we weight but this little boy has had to suffer the consequences of obesity and its so unfair at his little age! So we started swimming, hiking, walking together every single day! I teach him about the Nast things in unhealthy food and the good things in healthy food! Well I feel amazing I'm on week six of p90x and way more active but the victory was seeing him this morning just beaming because he was able to wear a pair of jeans he had never been able to wear before! Two months ago he came to the house I work with no self worth and so much pain, and in just that short time this sweet child has so much confidance and loves eating healthy and being active! He inspires me everyday????
