Would you recommend I check in with my weight weekly or daily? I feel weekly is best.

    I log my weight weekly although I usually weigh myself a few times during the week.

    same, I log it weekly but tend to check it daily just for interest's sake. Some people don't like to check it daily though in case they get discouraged, but it motivates me! Whatever works for you!

    I weigh every Thursday and have done so since I started this back in September. A Thursday just happens to be when I got on the scale for the first time and was horrified! But, I just kept it up and as tempted as I get, I NEVER weigh more than that because I know it can mess with my head.

    Do it weekly. If you do it daily you will drive yourself crazy with the fluctuations. I weigh every Wednesday morning after I use the toilet but before I jump in the shower and I am in the buff.

    Weighing in every week keeps me in check. I also keep a spreadsheet of my daily calories so when I do gain, I can see where I went wrong.
