Hi all,
I am new to this particular forum; I have been using the MYTRAK M2, but most of those people no longer participate. So I moved on. I have had some success over the last couple of years. I have already lost 60lbs and plan about 15 more. I have taken up personal training; not for cash but for my friends. I create workout programs and work with most of my co-workers at lunch everyday. All said, I have developed an interest in helping people with their meal planning and workouts. I am glad to help anyone who is stuck; and might be able to give you something to shake things up. My workout interest include: Yoga, Cross-Fit; circuits, burst (HIIT); and martial arts.
