Just try and understand why you are bingeing. For me, if usually means I haven't been eating enough. For you it may mean something else entirely.0

First of all, if you think 600 calories is a binge.... *sigh* i won't get into that....
Anyway, you need to figure out why it happened. 1.) Is it emotional? Did something happen? Are you eating to feel better or worse? 2.) was it a physiological response? Did you just NEED food?
It could be hormonal, time of the month, eating too few calories for an extended time, or any combination of the above.
Either way i'm assuming you are already eating at a caloric deficit? Then the 600 calories isn't a big deal. Maybe you'll just eat at maintenance for today.0 -
I REALLY don't know why. Today I baked a cake. And it's not even the cake I binged on. But maybe that trigerred me to eat other things? I ate white bread with ham, pita with cheddar cheese and that kind of stuff. Weirrrd0

Great idea, thanks! But will it make any difference? I eat TDEE -20% so I need to eat 1705 kcals everyday, no matter if I do or don't excercise that day.0 -

If you add additional exercise above and beyond your normal TDEE, then it will work itself out. So days I over eat, I just do a second workout.0
