Hello Everyone!

Hello all!

I'm excited to be back on MFP and ready to continue working towards a healthier me! I would love to build my network of friends for motivation and sharing tips.

I have been using MFP for a few weeks now and already down almost 9 lbs. I have more to lose but I'm excited that I'm off to a good start. I've been doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred 5-6 days per week and I'm hoping to begin a C25K (maybe Zombies, Run!) as soon as the weather warms up just a bit more here in PA because I HATE to run on the treadmill. I've even registered for my first 5K to help keep me motivated.

    good job Sharnut! will def keep you motivated and accountable. so go ahead and add me and remember motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
