Starting over, over 60

:smile: I started this program back before Thanksgiving....BIG mistake! I lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks but then the holidays hit and forget it! I now have those 4 pounds back! So I am starting over. I am 63 and my goal is to lose 30 lbs. I think this program will work since there are no strange foods you have to eat etc. My doctor put me on this and said to only count calories. If I stay on 1200 calories a day I will lose. And I did! Makes sense, if you eat less you get less fat, sugar and carbs automatically!!!! So here I go again. Feel free to add me, maybe we can keep eachother motivated!
