:smooched: Hi my name is debbie, I joined the site today and have to say WOW! what a great site, so easy to use and I can use it freely on my Iphone. I used to go to weight wa\tchers and lost 2.5stone a few years ago and got down to a very happy uk size 8. Recently I feel I am getting back into bad habits and the weight is creeping back on. I have decided to nip it in the bud and when searching my apps came upon this site, so I thought why not....... I have actually started the diet thing last sunday but combined with this site to help me monitor my exercise and daily eating I feel very positive that I will be back to an acceptable weight in no time. So hi to all of you on the site and the very best of luck with all that each and everyone of you wants to acheive.
