Is there an app or other online program available to help build workouts? I'm seeing a few, but they don't receive the best reviews, so I'd like to save my $1 until I know for sure ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Basically, I'd like something that I can either designate a target area or the equipment available and it will create a work out routine based on that.
I've signed up for a personal trainer on base, but I don't start for a bit yet. I've been going to the gym in the interim, doing C25K, + some additional workouts (I love that rowing machine!), and I always end with a plank for good measure (personal conquest, haha), but I'd like something that can give me more structure to my routine.
Any suggestions? Should I just wait for the personal trainer? I just never know how much or how long or how many reps or sets I should do of anything.
I'm not one for at-home videos... I need the motivation of knowing that if I quit, someone else might see. At home, that doens't happen. If it hurts, I quit, and thats it. Plus, I tried insanity and I just don't have the room to do that jumping around! haha
