Ok so I was just on subways site because I want to figure out how many calories I ate. I had a 6" roast beef with no cheese but double meat. I can find the sub and nutritional information on a reg sub but not one with extra meat. Does anyone know how I can find out how many calories I just ate? Please, Thanks in advance!

I'd say it's an extra 50 calories, based on the info on the last page under individual meats.

I think they have a "sandwich builder" app on there...can you do double meat on that?0

They also have each bread and their calories.
Sandwich 6" roast beef is 310 calories.
6" white bread is 200 calories.
So the difference would be 110 calories (meat and veggies etc)
Looking at ~420 calories for the roast beef with double meet on 6" white.
The 12" roast beef is 630 calories - 400 cal for the 12" of white bun.0 -
