Common sense approach to weight loss-SIMPLE

I recently came across a group started by 2 very knowledgeable members on here, who know their stuff, give good advice, but don't shove it down your throat with their arrogance. This info works for EVERYONE, no matter what your calorie level or situation is.

The TDEE calculation works by using your OWN experience, NOT going by some online calculators that can vary greatly from each other, and may be completely off of your actual numbers.

I used the method to figure my TDEE and it came up almost exactly what I thought, and was reinforced by my actual weight loss success.
