I am doing a project for my college art class.. I have to use the same image with different color schemes, complimentary, primary, monochromatic, cool, warm, secondary and analogous.

My first "draft" looks like this... beginning.jpg

After I colored it with primary colors it looks like this.. primary.jpg

And unfortunately, when I opened up the first draft, so I could color it with cool colors, it colored with an air brush, instead of the paint bucket (Yes I clicked the paint bucket not air brush..) So, it looks like crap! Like this.. yucky.jpg

My question is, does this happen every time you open up a picture? Or is there a way I can fix this so my image doesn't turn out like that? :/ Thanks in advance!

How did you not notice the problem when you picked the first area/color?

I would have used the go back feature and started again. The brush can be a little annoying and you have to make sure you have the right format. It shouldn't do that if you have chosen the correct brush.

Oh I did notice it. I had already saved the other picture because I didn't think this would happen. So there is no way to "undo" it.
