Cooking with Some of the Best Ingredients

Here's a link to a series by the New York Times with many recipes for some of the most nutrient-rich foods. If you click on an ingredient, there are a few paragraphs about which nutrients that particular food contains.

Note that these are not necessarily "diet" recipes for weight loss, just ideas for ways to prepare some of those foods that pop up on all those "what to eat" and "superfood" lists, such as black beans, blueberries, avocado, kale, broccoli, quinoa, sweet potatoes, yogurt, etc. etc. Many of them are vegetarian but not all; there are chicken and seafood recipes, too.
