I'm really trying to get back on track. A few years ago, I lost about 55lbs. I kept it off for a while. Then I stopped working out AND logging my food. I gained it back. I'm currently at 205 and want to be at 160ish for starters. My husband and I would like to start a family and I want to be healthier before I get pregnant. I thought that the thought of carrying a child would be a big enough kick in the butt, but to be honest it's still really difficult. This weekend I was just lazy and munched all weekend. I need your help. I'd love to find some friends who have had some successes and some just starting out. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Have a great day!
