    Pineapple! Yum!

So agree with you and even better on toast under the griller!
My other fave is to add tuna and chopped dill!

I love this thread! I usually buy Breakstone's cottage doubles but they are too much fruit/syrup/sugar and not enough cottage cheese. I'm loving the idea of unsweetened applesauce and cinnamon (or just cinnamon and truvia). Tuna and pepper mixed with cottage cheese sounds fantastic, too, over a bed of baby spinach!

Savory: Cottage Cheese Caprese (fresh basil, diced tomatoes, black pepper, a splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar)
    This sounds really good!

Pretzels! High in sodium, but I am addicted to pretzels mixed in with cottage cheese.

pepper, cherry tomatoes halved, 2 oz of avocado, chia seeds and basil.

Quite a staple for me, so filling.

For a dessert, I melt cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl (not a lot) with diced apple, once it's warm I add it to the cottage cheese and mix it. It's sort of like apple pie filling, but healthier.
    Trying this!
