I'm a Jersey girl that came upon this site just by chance but love it when I need to get myself focused!!! I was glad to see I'm not the only one in Jersey that needs to see it in writing, the good the bad and ugly on days way I go a little overboard.
What are your challenges????????????

    Welcome! I'm from Jersey too! Now I'm living in Northern Virginia and working at my first job out of college. Lately my challenge has been motivating myself to exercise on days that I come home late from work. I got home at 8pm on Monday and was in no mood to do my Wii game for half an hour. I'm working on pushing myself to do it on those kind of nights.

    I understand the getting home late thing. The Wii game I love for exercise is Gold's Gym Cardio Boxing, I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you have not tried it you should it let's you go at your pace once you go through all the training modules.
    Check it out, you won't regret it!
