count calories while sick?

So I'm coming off food poisoning from mid-last week, and can't keep much down still. I know this might be a dumb question, but should I still be logging? I'm getting ZERO physical activity in and it's pretty easy for a couple meals to add up to a lot of calories so I'd kind of like to see where I'm at, but it also seems silly at the same time, since for a while I wasn't eating anything...or keeping anything down.

Thoughts?

    I would still try to consume the number of calories you normally would. Even if you are laying in bed all day, as long as you aren't eating ridiculously, you'll be fine. I would focus on getting better rather than losing weight. Feel better! :flowerforyou:

    edit: I would still try to log your food, just to stay in the habit.
