Im going to try this again. I was on here ALOT before the holidays and then eventually gave up. Well not gave up just.....you know. I havent gained anyweight back so I know I can maintain. Anywhos. Im back. Im about to start a boot camp work out the first of May, which is what got me started on my new lifestyle last year.
When I stopped using MFP last year I statred eating badly again. Im disgusted with myself and what progress that I made myself missed out on. Im back I really want to get back on track. My current weight is inbetween 200 and 210. My ultimate goal weight is 160. So here I go again.
