A new wardrobe. I'm going to save as much as I can by only buying new pants and taking my shirts in myself. Then, when I hit my goal weight, I am going on the best shopping excursion EVER!!! I was actually tempted to buy something from 5.7.9, just to say I could, but then I decided not to because they are discriminatory jerks, so no. On the upside, I can fit in all the cute clothes at Kohl's!! <3

I want $800 sunglasses from Cartier. They are the ideal shape for my face, i was searching for sunglasses like that for years. But.. they can't even be made prescription (not that I really need them to be) and the PRICE! I'm having hard time justifying that as it is pretty insane.

I promised myself a ludicrously expensive designer handbag when I hit 20 kilos. My friends said I was nuts, because I would be better off spending money on clothes if I hit 20 kilos. Then the bag was marked down 30% during the January sales so I let myself have it at 14 kilos down. Same price per kilo.

My ultimate will be 3 new suits that actually fit me! All my clothes are baggy right now but I can't afford new ones, so I'm weeding out the ones that fall off, cycling through the ones that still kinda fit with a belt and leaving the ones that actually fit. I just hope all the shirts I bought for work still fit next year :P

The yarn is going to be expensive though :x

Wow, totally awesome to think of crocheting your own swimsuit. I hope you'll show us when you reach your goal and create this masterpiece.

Don't like shopping for clothes and I'm not into designer stuff, so that's more a necessity than a reward.

Once I get my condition up, I want to go on holiday. Not to visit my family for once - not to renovate my parents' house or help with my sister's baby - but to take some time and money for myself. Probably hiking in France with a group of friends, or (and?) going on a weeklong horse trek, probably in the Scottish Highlands or, better yet, Iceland.

Just bought myself a rapier & fencing mask for the first stone down!

    I want an amazing wardrobe.

I just wrote new clothes into my monthly budget. I'll pull that little bit out each month and stick it in an envelope. When I've hit my goal weight I'll raid that envelope and head to the nearest outlet center...where I will spend every. single. penny.

IN fact, maybe I'll up the amount and make a nice weekend out of it. Stay in a nice hotel on the coast and hit the outlet malls.

I promised myself a tailored suit - charcoal grey (double breasted of course) and a proper silk tie.

I'm also going to get on my motorcycle and ride the Nullarbor. 5000km (over 3000 miles) from Melbourne to Perth via the SW corner of WA with a stopover in Adelaide to see Tribal Mike for some ink.

I had to do the wardrobe part in November, I was on vacation in America with family for Thanksgiving so used the sales to make the deed less painful.

The clothes I took out with me very little came back, some gym clothes came back, socks, shoes, a jacket and overcoat. Then before I could unpack my suitcase I had to clear out my wardrobe and drawers so I had somewhere to put it.

I still have a little way to go but most of what I bought will still fit when I get to my goal weight.

Good luck with reaching your goals.

    Andy

A ridiculously expensive wardrobe. It's been really hard to resist buying new clothes but I've purchased new pants as they get loose. I've had to buy cheap clothes and whatever has fit for my entire life and I'm so done with it. My new wardrobe is going to be quality over quantity.

Ive put $25 in a separate savings account every time I've lost a pound... a 60 lbs loss allows me a $1500 shopping spree... Everything old goes... new jeans, shorts, shirts, slacks and some awesome swimming trunks... My wifey said she'd trow in a tailored suit as well... This of course has a double purpose..One is to look and feel fabulous enough to understand I can never go back to being the fat slob I was... and second everything will be fit so that gaing 10 lbs will make them uncomfortable to wear... and will require me to get back on track...
    Nice post Rosie you rock

I love your idea. Perhaps I should bank a certain amount of money for every pound lost and go on a shopping spree. Wonderful idea and what a sweet wifey of yours!! :flowerforyou:
