Should I increase my intake?

I'm currently eating 1200 calories if I don't exercise, and the extra if I do.
I do cardio (cycling - and working hard at it!) and pilates and have adhered to eating at a deficit and working out at least 4 times a week.
But the weight isn't moving very fast at all. I've been doing this for 3 months and only lost 8 lbs.
I know I shouldn't eat less than I already am, so I'm wondering if perhaps my intake is too low? I'm 5'8" and 160lbs.
I don't expect to lose a stone a week but I'm pretty sure that my loss has been very little for how long I've been doing this, and I was hoping to have lost closer to 20lbs by now. I'm currently trying to lose 15-20lbs by May for my holiday but at this rate it's not going to happen.
What am I doing wrong?

I would just try netting 1500-1600 calories for a few weeks and see how you do. If nothing else, you may find that you have more energy for your workout. I upped mine and it worked for me. I am smaller than you (5'6" and 140lbs), exercise about the same amount or maybe a little more and I eat 1800-2000 calories per day, more on long run days and a little less on rest days. The weight loss is slow for me because I am within 10 pounds of my goal, but it is consistent.
