Tough Mudder Training Suggestions

I'm doing the tough mudder in Tahoe this July and I'm wondering from former Tough Mudders, what training helped the most? I have seen the Tough Mudder bootcamp stuff online, did anyone use this? Was it helpful? I just got back into running and I have been weight training for the last few months. I only have time to work out for about an hour 3-4X a week (I have an 8 month old and work 9 hours a day.) How can I best maximize the time I have to train for the Tough Mudder?

    Run trails, run hills. I think the trail distance got more people than the obstacles during the Temecula one.

    Other than that I didn't do anything too special, pushups, some upper body stuff. Pullups would help if you have a bar.
