Operation Kill Freddy...Success!

I was blessed with a beautiful baby pilonidal cyst in which I named Freddy. As Freddy got older he became the biggest pain in my *kitten* (literally) and I had to kill him. R.I.P Freddy.......
ANYWAY...has anyone else ever had a pilonidal cyst? If so what did you do with your life? How long did yours take to heal? Im apparently not supposed to sit for more then 2 hours straight and i apparently cant sweat because that may cause infection and raise Freddy from the dead.
