I eat 20 percent under my tdee, and gym four times a a week on average, I've started heavy lifting over the past 10 days or so using the strong lifts programme. Before lifting, I'd lost five pounds, from 174 to 169, however after weighing myself the same time a week after weigh lifting I was back at 174. I've noticed inches going down, which is great, and I know the scale isn't as important as that. I'm just wondering when you noticed a change of the numbers? I'm still classed as obese, and would love to get into a healthy range. (plus, I look fat, and no amount of lifting ever will make my body fat disappear )
Thanks
Thanks
