Post Workout Drink

I know I should know this, but there is so much conflicting information out there I'm getting overwhelmed. What is best for post lifting, post running, and post cardio when looking to get lean, not necessarily bulk up? Specifically chocolate milk vs muscle milk vs the gatorade recovery drink. I can't remember the protein to carb ratio.

Unless you're working out fasted (I happen to), I don't think it matters much apart from what makes you feel better.

    not necessarily bulk up? .

are you eating at a surplus??
im assuming not since ur trying to lose weight and im guessing since u said this ur a female. hunny u cant bulk up eating at a deficit unless ur on roids i wouldnt worry about "bulking up". drink some water and eat a meal with good fats, carbs, and protein at ur next convenience.

I usually drink just water, but if it's my breakfast I have a weight loss meal replacement shake along side it.

I like cold OJ - the kind with calcium and vitamins in it - topped off by either carrot juice, Blue Machine naked juice, or a little pomegranate juice.
