No, this isn't an advertisement, but as an Office Manager we get information that some may not be aware of.

Some health insurances will reimburse you for going to the gym. Here's some information:

It pays to get in shape -- literally! If your health insurance provider is Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield or Oxford, you may be eligible for a reimbursement totaling as much as $400 per year.

Reimbursement Benefit

Employee - Up to $200 per qualified six-month period
Dependent - Up to $100 per qualified six-month period
Terms

You must complete a minimum of 50 visits in every six-month period.
Initial reimbursement starts on the first date you visit a qualifying facility and ends six months later.
Insurance carrier will provide all of the proper paperwork to get reimbursed.
